Judul USABILITY TESTING PADA SMS BANKING TELEPATI BANK SUMSEL BABEL CABANG PAGARALAM
Abstract Abstract. Changes and the times have brought us to the rapid technological advances. The purpose of this study to determine how the use of SMS banking vote telepathy based on five variables Usability Testing to customers of Bank of South Sumatra PagarAlam Babylon Branch. knowing aspects of what needs to be done in the application development Telepathy SMS banking. knowing the value of the variables that affect ketergunan application usage. In the measurement application interoperability Telepathy SMS Banking Bank Sumsel Babel, obtained on ease of use for the five aspects Usability: learnability 4.04, 4.06 efficiency, visibility 4.16, Error 1.212, Satacfication 4.14.

Abstrak. Perubahan dan perkembangan zaman telah membawa kita pada kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Keinginan nasabah agar mereka dapat melakukan sesuatu dimana saja dan kapan saja mendorong terciptanya teknologi wireless (tanpa kabel) sehingga penggunaan media media tanpa kabel dan bersifat mobile (dapat berpindah dan bergerak) menjadi hal yang lumrah. Begitu juga dalam dunia perbankan, tuntunan akan kemudahan dalam melakukan transaksi perbankan pun mendorong terciptanya suatu teknologi yang mempermudah nasabah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penilaian penggunaan SMS banking telepati berdasarkan lima variabel Usability Testing kepada para nasabah Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Pagar Alam.mengetahui aspek-aspek apa saja yang perlu di lakukan dalam pengembangan aplikasi SMS banking Telepati.mengetahui nilai variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi ketergunan penggunaan aplikasi.Dalam pengukuran ketergunaan aplikasi SMS Banking Telepati Bank Sumsel Babel, didapatkan kemudahan dalam penggunaan untuk lima aspek Usability: learnability 4,04, efficiency 4,06, visibility 4,16, Error 1,212, Satacfication 4,14.
